BadCOM.557

These are not dangerous nonmemory resident partly encrypted parasitic viruses. They search for .COM files, then write themselves to the end of the file. Depending on the system timer:
“BadCOM.557″ reboots computer.
“BadCOM.600″ displays the message and returns to DOS:
Bad COM format.
