It’s a not dangerous memory resident parasitic virus. It hooks INT 1Ch, 21h, 65h and writes itself at the end of COM-files that are executed. INT 65h is used on virus installation. This is ID-interrupt of TSR copy of the virus. After the 4th infection this virus manifests itself by a video effect: it “blinks” by the screen.
