It is not a dangerous memory resident boot virus. It hooks INT 13h and overwrites the MBR of the hard drive and boot sector of floppy disks. On December 31st it decrypts and displays the message:
DEJ SI ASPON DNESKA POHOV, MANIAKU ! 31thDEC
