It is not a dangerous memory resident encrypted parasitic virus. It hooks INT 21h and writes itself to the end of COM-files that are executed or opened. On the 1st of any month the virus hooks INT 8, and some time after displays the message:
Questo sistema é totalmente impestato da virus, buon anno!

The virus contains the text strings:

OLLELLE OLLALLA FACCELA VEDE FACCELA TOCCA
UN VIAGGIO
skuaus
*IL VIAGGIO*
