Virus King Diamond! by Xavirus Hacker (AJVM!)
The virus also contains the text strings:

This virus was coded From the other side, in The Spider’s Lullabye
Dedicated to the owner of the polimorphic voice: KING DIAMOND!
From Paraguay with hate!
